A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon order confirmation to secure your item. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival of the item. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store card details.

In accordance with the CPA, you may return goods that are defective, not fit for purpose, or not as described within 6 months of receipt. Returns are accepted within reason — items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags intact. Custom or special-order items may not qualify for return unless defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. We recommend that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

All content on this website — including images, text, and design — is protected under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the specific transaction in dispute.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. We encourage resolution through direct negotiation first. Unresolved consumer complaints may be referred to the National Consumer Commission (NCC) or relevant provincial consumer tribunal.
